We had a hard time deciding between The Skyloft and Laguna Fish House. The Skyloft had 3.5 stars and the Fish House had 4. After wavering we decided on the Skyloft which is a rooftop restaurant overlooking Laguna and the ocean. Turns out they are both owned by the same person. The view of course was wonderful and though it was a little breezy, they do have heaters. We had the grilled salmon with sauteed veggies. Absolutely amazing! Both the salmon and veggies were perfectly cooked. The salmon had that nice slight crisp on the outside and moist and perfect on the inside. The veggies were a perfect aldente, nicely seasoned with a great mix. cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, summer squash and red and yellow peppers. And, they were the perfect bite size pieces! One of my pet peeves when getting sauteed veggies is when I then have to cut up the pieces in order to eat them. The one side of veggies would have been plenty but it comes with 2 sides. My friend had the citrus rice and said it was very good. I opted for the french fries because I saw an order come out and they looked really great. Again, they were perfectly cooked. The salmon has a sauce on it that just completes the package. It's a little pricey, but personally, I don't mind paying the price if it's really excellent food, and this was really excellent.

Very Inviting, people who work there are SO nice! The DJs are amazing, great service, only $10 to get In on Friday nights and the rooftop dining has the BEST view overlooking the beach. Definitely recommend for a great time

Food was average but to be fair we just did appetizers so I don't want to dock the score there. They didn't have a real good beer selection for craft beer nerds but they had a few I've tried before. The server was friendly and pretty good. The rooftop was amazing. I saw an incredible sunset. Every store we walked into in Laguna asked if we saw the sunset and yes we saw it from the perfect spot!!! Even the people at the tables around us were so friendly which wasn't credit to the restaurant but I do think the atmosphere brought it out!!! Very enjoyable evening!

My partner and I were here recently for an intimate celebration. We had table reservations but decided to dine and listen to the band at the bar. The bartender, Brittany, was pleasant. Enjoyed chatting with her! The band was good. Warm feeling! Good time. I look forward to my next visit.

Die Skyloft BBQ Plates (mit Mac n' Cheese) sind sehr empfehlenswert. Cooles Restaurant! Chic und gleichzeitig casual. Hammer Location mit toller Aussicht vom Rooftop. Moderne Bar im ersten Stock mit Live-Musik und ganz wichtig: Sie lassen ununterbrochen Sport auf den TV's laufen! 😉

Our first time at Skyloft. From the experience of service and the quality of food.... First Class Exceptional. Our waitress Victoria was so friendly, professional, one Of a Kind. We decided to make reservations to come back in 2 weeks. LOVE THIS PLACE
